Always. NDA signed before any code or strategy details are exchanged — either yours or ours. All deliverables (Pine Script files, Python source, deployment configs, documentation) transfer to you on final payment, with full IP rights. We don’t reuse your strategy logic for other clients.
Trading clients are especially sensitive about this — we get it. The default position is: your edge stays yours. We’re also happy to use your MSA template if you have one.
